Ordering

Our showroom is usually stocked with many different designs that we make for display. These are all available for purchase. If you are in a hurry and do not have the time for a custom order, please ask about what we have in stock.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
We would like your ordering process to go as easily as possible. First, select the style that best suits your needs. Next, determine your requirements and study the options list. Then call us to discuss your project.

SHIPPING AND CRATING:
All of our cases are shipped F.O.B. Ojai, California. We package and crate the best way for your case. We are well experienced with most shipping methods and send the least expensive an reliable way. If you wish to make your own shipping arrangments, we will certainly work with you.

TERMS:
A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders, with the balance due upon completion. All of our cases are handmade and the time will very on each. We make every attempt to approximate an accurate delivery date. We will notify you of our progress from time to time and let you know when it is completed. We accept cash, check or money order.

DESIGN:
All of our display cases may be ordered with a matching base case to allow for its use aas a free-standing unit. This may be ordered at the same time as your top caase or at a later date and will match exactly. Base cases and upper units are seperate and may be used together or independently.

You may request a color photo at any time of a case that interests you or one that shows variations.

We invite you to visit our showroom and have our staff help you with your design and hardware selection. Sometimes we are away doing shows, so please call ahead and make an appointment.

We reserve the right to change or delete styles if it becomes necessary. Pricing depends on the style, sizes and options. Please feel free to call for a quote on the case or cases you are interested in.
